You need to eat more. What did MFP suggest for daily caloric intake? From 148 to 160 lbs, I bulked on 3200 calories/day and I'm an endomorph, so you're definitely not eating enough.

I think this program is more tailored to strength gains as opposed to size gains. The low rep ranges induce myofibrillar hypertrophy (strength) more so than sarcoplasmic hypertrophy (size).

Eat whatever you want as long as it fits your macros (total calories, carbs, fats, protein).

Yes, when I lift, I feel as if I'm lifting all the weight of life's challenges off my shoulders. It has taught me to embrace these challenges and made me a (mentally and physically) stronger individual. I love the feeling so much that I look forward to going to the gym.

I don't anymore. I used to have a cheat day because I was under the impression that you had to have one to keep your metabolism up and prevent your body from going into "starvation mode", which I'm pretty sure is just broscience and unlikely to be true.
