Yurbuds work great. They will send you custom ear pieces that fit your ear if you send them a pic. Super easy. And they are not horribly expensive.

Its worth it if you stick with it!!! Its hard some days because you are so sore but dont quit. Just work through as you are able to. Dont forget to take your before and after pics.

BTW the calories burned it will tell you is WAAAAAY to high for what you actually burn. if you want to know your calories keep track of your heart rate and calcualte it. even that is an estimate just go off of your exhertion level.

I have Zumba Rush for Kinect and love it. I dont use it for my regular workout just once and a while when i need to get something in but cant make it to the gym or dont want to run. But it makes me sweat! lots of programs so there are different fitness levels.

Um....actually that was not the original question either....so way to lose topic yourself. the original question was how to calculate calories WHILE lifting. not what burns more lifting or cardio. Being an "Army Medic" hasnt helped with attention to detail i see.
