you could try something savory instead of sweet? i usually have a poached egg on a slice of wholemeal/weight watchers bread with 2 turkey rashers or a slice of bacon and a few grilled mushrooms, keeps me feeling satisfied for a few hours

peanut butter on wholemeal bread / fruity ryvita / malt loaf with berry and almond toppings... you can get peanut butter for around 42 calories per tablespoon, i have a tablespoon every other day... i also find promax lean bars keep me feeling full for at least 3 hours
