i always add ground coriander to my carrots and mash them, makes them worth eating :P

ill regret wasting the calories on a small candy bar, feel more energetic if i chose the apple, also my skin clears up if i cut out the crap.

I lost 57lb and ate at what ever time I felt hungry! I think it depends on the individual but its a silly myth in my opinion, people always try to put a downer on things, if you're hungry you eat, don't torture your self.

Apparently they use a 'fast freezing' method which is why we shouldn't freeze them ourselves, there is a few articles on it if you google

They are avocado halves, skinned and stoned. Also they don't have an ingredients list on the back. I looked on the Tesco website but they've taken them off so they are either out of stock or they have realized it was a silly thing to bring out lol! just trying it now, it's very sloppy :(

Yeah they're a new thing at Tescos in the uk, says on the pack to defrost for around 4 hours and eat as normal. Just don't understand how the calories can be much lower than other avocados it doesn't make sense. already 38lb down, looking to lose at least another 30lb, suffer with anxiety and depression too so could do with some nice friends :)

i plan my meals so i have a few hundred calories left at night just incase, probably not enough for a binge haha but its all about self control, plus if the food you crave isn't in the kitchen you cant have it :P

i didn't survive 1 day trying to quit bad carbs, but seriously you don't need to quit them! eat less move more, enjoy your carbs and energy!

if you've already been successful on that amount of calories just keep going, if you don't feel you need to eat that much sometimes just don't, you'll find some days you might feel hungrier so you can take advantage of the amount you can still eat without putting your weight loss to a halt :)

i ate 9 mc-chicken nuggets the other day and classed that as a snack, i could easy eat 3 big macs and still have room for a mcflurry :drinker:

If its only one time don't beat your self up because one meal isn't going to make you gain :) i tend to go to places where they tell you the calories on the menu or look up the restaurant on the net before i go, lots of places have nutritional info on their web page :smile:

I've had the same problem, I've always drank a lot of water but i try to drink more if i feel bloated or cant go for a few days, eventually i end up 'popping' because my body cant take anymore water :laugh:
