i love exercise, the feeling i get after a 30 minute workout is so refreshing it gives me a buzz

you wont lose weight overnight, it takes time and commitment, concentrate on your calorie intake before worrying and exercise x

sounds unreasonable. why not just eat 3-6 healthy meals a day? including snacks? why deprive your self for hours?

i pre plan so i know im within my calories, if i have a weak moment i keep reminding my self why i'm doing this

because i would like to eat a bit more (guilt free)

i use 'map my fitness' app on my phone and the calorie counter on my exercise bike, most days i do eat them all back so i suppose this could be the reason, ill have to start only eating half of them back and see if that makes a difference

ive taken a break before and eaten what i wanted, i was a waitress though so still lost 10lb in 4 weeks, as long as youre not gaining youre not going back :) enjoy :drinker:

ive gone down 2 sizes after losing 4 stone so id say roughly 2 stone

Not many people on MFP will have good things to say about 'diets' we're all for eating less and moving more on here i'm afraid :drinker:

the only thing you can do is start exercising, even if its just 15 minutes on an exercise bike every day, its keeping you active and allowing you to eat more, if you always feel hungry though you should experiment with your calorie goal, notch it up by 50-100cals and see if that helps, you'll still be on a deficit so you…

drink lots of water, i always plan an evening snack so i no i wont go to bed hungry, it usually includes a big cup of tea to fill my belly up :smile:

if your tracker is correct, you cant expect to look different after losing 7lb

this means take 6 before breakfast, 6 before lunch and 6 before dinner (if needed)

i went shopping and couldn't get anything to fit me, avoided the scales for years, hated looking in the mirror, took a good look at my self one day and realized ignoring it wouldn't make it go away and nobody could do it for me.

eat them on the same day if you are hungry, the next day is a new day and your calories start again

that seems like a lot of calories to burn in a day, you could lose 2lb a week by sticking to MFP recommendations and burning 200cals a day, fast weight loss isn't healthy and probably wont last

yes you can lose weight on just a calorie restriction, i have exercised on and off during my loss and now only just starting to exercise regularly after losing 4 stone. if your'e used to eating a lot, start off by setting your goal to 0.5lb a week, then go up to 1lb once you've got used to it and stick to the recommended…

when i have heavy periods its impossible for me to move much because its soo heavy it would leak all over! i don't have problem with losing weight though during my period, sometimes i go up a few pounds when i'm due on but it goes back down afterwards, i don't think you need to worry about it, don't do something you aren't…
