every morning because the more results i see the more excited i get about my next weigh in, im trying to stop though and only do it 1-2 times a week because its not good to obsess about it
-
my goal is set to 1.5lb a week atm but i usually lose 2lb per week, when i've lost 60lb im going to set it to 1lb, then 0.5lb at 80lb so hopefully nothing is too drastic, its ok too lose a bit faster at the beginning if you have a lot to lose

any :) i eat chocolate most days but not a lot of it, i also have pizza every friday but everything stays within my calories.

I've had the implant for that past few years and always had the same weight until i started losing this year, its never been a problem for me although when i had my first one taken out and a new one put in, my hormones were crazy, its not the contraception that makes you gain, its the possible increase of appetite that can…

i comfort ate through my teen years, dad passed away when i was 16, food was always there for me

not unless i eat out, which is rare
-
i eat chocolate almost every day, everything in moderation
-
i find that i am less hungry through the day when i have a large breakfast ie; baked beans, sausage, egg, slice of toast, mushrooms. 1200 seems pretty low though, you could try upping to 1250 and you'll probably still get the same results

dont drastically drop calories, do it slowly
-
Yeah i suppose they would result in the same thing but would one option be healthier than the other? or doesn't it matter?

hell yeah! MFP FTW!

the only workout i do is walking and a tiny bit of jogging, there are times when i have gone weeks without properly working out and still lost 2lb per week... personally it took me 40lb to see a big WOW change in my body, concentrate on what you're eating and the exercise will help you along the way whether its a 10 min…

ive lost 53lb in 6 months... i was obese to start with though
-
this has been my biggest worry since the start of my journey, the reply i always got was 'if you lose weight slowly you wont get the jiggle' although that may be 50% true because every single person is different, i haven't got any yet! I've been using skin firming cream since day one and recently started using bio oil, you…

i also love pizza! used to eat it every other night when i was a waitress and the weight still dropped off me! if you want pizza have pizza... as long as you're prepared to burn the extra calories. in supermarkets you can get a pizza from the frozen isle for around 700 calories, it's a lot less than if you order from a…

every so often i fancy some fast food so i have some!, i maintain my weight by eating maintenance calories if im having a few greedy days, anythings better than gaining if you fancy being a bit naughty! planning a 'week off' is only going to set your mind on being greed and possibly gaining and losing motivation.

i lost the first 25lb in 3 months then worked as a waitress for 4 weeks and dropped another 10lb :drinker: was eating between 16 -2000, its different for everyone, im 6'2 and started at 18 and a half stone so that amount of calories worked for me.

i stumble every so often, just focus on the future not the past, if you really want this you will get it :)
-
theres no need to ditch the carbs, you need them just as much as protein and fat, up your carb intake, see if it makes a difference
-
it took 30lb for me to see a change in my body, keep going, i can assure you after youve lost another 10lb you will see more visible results :)
-
to not be the 'fat girl', to be classed as normal in this society, to feel confident naked and be attractive, but most importantly to be healthy.
-
bbq flavoured snack-a-jacks with light cream cheese on them, and only 40cals each :) yummy!
-
surely it can't be healthy, i go dizzy if i don't eat for 3-4 hours... if you cant see your self starving 2 days a week for the rest of your life don't bother, you'll gain weight as soon as you go back to eating 7 days a week... i don't understand why people don't just eat healthy and watch the pounds drop off!
-
i was single when i started, still single now, and still don't want a boyfriend at the moment because i need to love my self first

most of my protein comes from chicken breast and bio synergy skinny protein shakes, if you're wanting to invest in protein shakes there are millions of different ones, depending on your goals you'll need to take a good look at the nutritional values to find one that meets your needs.

there's no way i can eat more than my BMR though, sometimes i cant eat no more than 1400, i force food down when im not hungry because i know i haven't eaten enough :/
-
because i don't want to go over on fat for the day... and i feel faint if i don't snack

i replaced normal cola with diet pepsi, it tastes sweeter as imo diet cola just tastes watery
