Just got a fitbit charge hr... zero calorie adjustment?
I received my fitbit charge hr a few days ago, set it up and everything worked as it should, but now it shows my calorie adjustment as zero, could anyone explain this to me? ive tried disconnecting and reconnecting it to mfp numerous times but it still shows as zero, beginning to think ive wasted my money.

Frozen weight vs cooked weight
Cooking some chips for lunch... Back of bag tells you calories per 100g as sold(frozen) and calories per 100g oven cooked... Does this mean I weigh them when they are cooked ? Know this sounds like common sense but I've seen so many debates on this!

Avocados...
i have just got some frozen avocados from tescos (uk), it says on the pack 123cals per 100g. if i get a 'ripe and ready' avocado from the same shop from the chilled section it says 198cals per 100g. surely they made a mistake on the packaging of one of them? im so confused, please help :)
