I used to poop every day after breakfast, now i'm lucky if i go every 3 days. i started taking citalopram for anxiety and depression about 6 weeks ago, not sure if this could have anything to do with it? i'm so bloated all the time and my weight loss has come to a halt. I'm so frustrated, i drink at least 2 litres of water a day, I've tried laxatives even though i never feel like i need to go, how can i try to become more regular again?

Have you considered shakeology? It is proven to help keep you regular. If that's too expensive how about yogurt? That should help do the trick as well. I hope this helps!0

Have you tried benefiber or metamucil? Or a probiotic?
I started taking Plexus BioCleanse a few weeks and it really works for me. I take a probiotic too (Pearls.)
I recently got off celexa because my weight loss stalled for MONTHS. Awful awful awful. Search the net and you'll find a lot of people have gained weight on it. The only reason I didn't gain was because I was working my tail off at the gym and counting calories. Seems like my body was hanging onto everything, waste/poop included.
I've been off the medicine for almost 3 weeks now and am almost back to normal.0 -
I take two teaspoons of Natural Vitality Calm (Magnesium Citrate) in a cup of boiling water twice a day and it really cleans the bowels. BIG BADA BOOM.0
