I'm going to start burning 100-200 calories a day but not eat my exercise calories, my deficit is 750 atm, would it be wise to change to a 500 deficit so my net isn't ridiculous?
my current goal is 1520...

I'd say yes but really there is no difference between eating back your exercise calories and adjusting your goal to compensate for exercise, it is two sides of the same coin and result in the same thing.

Yeah i suppose they would result in the same thing but would one option be healthier than the other? or doesn't it matter?

How would one option possibly be healthier than the other? If you eat 1520 + 200 for exercise, then you eat 1720. If you increase your calories by 200 and don't eat back your exercise calories, you still eat 1720.

Whatever works better for your psychology.

I leave calories higher and don't eat back my exercise.

Its the exact same thing assuming you are consistent with your exercise, its just looking at it from two different angles.
