I have marinated chicken breast in butter milk overnight. Going to fry or bake it for tea, wondering if anyone has ever tried this method or knows if it makes the chicken taste sour? Tia

I usually marinate bone in chicken in buttermilk and never had it taste sour.

I marinate in buttermilk when I make fried chicken and haven't noticed a sour taste
