Any of the chocolate flavored quest bars! Also the health store has a tons of all natural chocolate bars. I especially like all natural peanut butter cups (taste like reeses). My friend just made the skinnytaste brownies & said they're amazing.

My goal is about 110. I meet it eating lean ground turkey, chicken, eggs, peanut butter, quest bars.

I've been eating egg muffins for breakfast (egg, spinach, low fat cheese & low sodium ham). They're really good & keep me full. Planning on making protein pancakes soon. Haven't tried them yet.
