  • Google sister sizes for bras. It's a crazy way they did bra sizes! I so far have went from a 36DD to a 34DDD because I have only lost inches and no boob...I wish I would lose some boob!
  • The diet only works because if you follow the plan you are only consuming 500 calories a day. The drops are supposed to help suppress your appetite (I have not done this but watched people who have). It's extreme and crazy if you ask me.
  • Tea! If you have a few calories left add a little honey to it. This way it's sweet and (for me at least) will fill you up! I have this almost nightly to end the day with something a little sweet and help me relax before bed.

  • I use unsweetened coconut milk with a sugar free torani flavored syrup. You just have to figure out what you like the best, there are lots of options!
  • That would be because the equivalent cup size to the 48DD is a 36H. Band and cup sizes are completely crazy and complicated. So you really lost a lot in the boobs if you ended at a 32D! I hope to God some of my boobs goes away...hasn't so far ;(

  • I dip my carrots and cukes in salsa or the wholly guac 100 calorie packs for a good mix on the normal veggie snacks! Or like others have said also just preportion your snacks ahead of time. I still like crunchy stuff so I portion them all out in baggies ahead of time. (chips, crackers, etc)

  • I have a food scale and weigh all of it out. It's more just the choosing of which entry. Some of them vary greatly and being I know this food has gone from the ocean to my freezer (so wasn't fattened up on a farm or stuffed with preservatives) I just want to make sure I'm picking the most accurate one.
  • Cereal with unsweetened coconut milk is a great night time snack for me. It's still somewhat sweet (and I'm not talking full sugar cereal) but not that full of calories. Or popcorn...but I'm a popcorn addict :)

  • Try not to eat so low fat if you are not reaching your calories. Eat/drink full fat dairy to up the calorie intake easier!

  • I second the premade dinners and the ankle weights! I try to put on my ankle weights and pedometer as soon as I get home and stay on my feet if I can. Also, as much as it may sound silly, do little things like squats and lunges while cooking or homework. The little things add up!
  • I have found an easy way to sneak in veggies is to throw them in my ninja and then you can really add it to anything without even noticing! I even put them in meatballs once and no one even knew!
