It is not about hydration. It stems from pain in my neck and back. Ive had them since I was a kid. They seem weather related. I am going to be trying the botox thing next month. I am super excited!

Okay I get all that is said here but none of us would be here if we did not screw up now and then. Supportive comments are great. Challenging comments are great but verbally beating someone is not nice.

First I hope you are feeling okay. Second, I just bought the book Eat This, Not That, the restaurant guide. It is really helpful. I know you can get the caloric menu at the restaurant but the book helps me put things into perspective.

Medical marijuana is supposed to be legal here now but I have not spoken to my doctor about it. I am going to start at a headache clinic where they do test shots of botox and to discover if surgery is an option.

It really is all exercise, but I push through it often. Swimming would be great for you! Do you do any swim aerobics? I find that some of those classes are a great workout! What about an exercise bike? Does that hurt you too? I love the machine that is like an elliptical but sitting down.

Love this! I do something similar. I have free access to a salad bar at the school that I do observations in. However, the salad dressing is to calorie rich, fatty, and unchanging. So I pack a jar with some meat, a few extra veggies, and salad dressing which I usually lighten up with lemon juice, extra vinegar, or salsa. I…

You got a lot of great advice on this thread. Make sure you are getting enough protein. That is key for me! I like looking up the reports on my computer rather than the app on my phone because it shows me a better idea of what I am eating too much of and too little of.

I was there and I am close to being there again. I could have written part of your story about myself. I was 225 in 2009 and lost 80 lbs. Then I moved, got married, lost my father, and in the process gained half my weight back. I am currently 188 but need to be about 130. Actually hoping to move to CA in a few years too…

Good post. I have a struggle with the TV one….when I am not sitting in class, doing homework, or watching tv…..I am _________….well I am always doing one of those. I do drink sugar in my morning coffee and if I am below in calories I sometimes treat myself with a soda but it is rare.

Eats what I cook without complaining. Asks me gently if I plan on going to the gym. GOt my Bible discussion group to start doing dance games after our Bible discussion. Loves me chunky loves me thin…tells me I am sexy and beautiful at my best and worst.
