  • I got the Polar FT6 for Christmas. Idk which one you have, but mine is only supposed to be worn during exercise. Also the strap doesn't bother me at all when excersizing. I don't even know it is there.
  • I don't keep track on holidays. I mean I make stuff up on the diary,but c'mon I'm not losing my streak! Worst case scenario I eat over 3500 cals and gain a pound....whoop de do. The food was delicious and it will just take me a bit longer to lose weight.

  • Thanks for the help. We moved, so have been busy for a while now. I end up eating back most of my exercise calories. I can easily go through 2500-2800 calories a day when I'm working. Still losing weight. So I guess I really do need to eat all of these calories.
