Hello, I am also looking for encouragement. I’ve logged daily for over 4 years. After an 8 year fight for wellness from Lyme disease, I am rising from weighing 88 lbs and being very sensitive to a lot of foods. I have Celiac too. I am trying to gain weight and get strong again. My goal is at least 117, which is my minimum…

Eliminating FODMAPs after trying to figure out celiac issues and so many food sensitivities was the missing piece to my puzzle! Check out the book The Loving Diet by Jessica Flanigan, it covers a lot of FODMAP info in the Food Section.

hello, I've been through more doctors than I can count on one hand and I am in Idaho. the doctors have either told me I am crazy or admitted that they aren't going to test me because they can get fined from the government for having any patients diagnosed with Lyme. the most accurate lab to get tested from is IGeneX in…

I've been following AIP for a healing diet for my endless food allergies and two autoimmune diseases. i was not able to eat anything but bone broth and soft boiled meat for months and I got down to 88 lbs but this diet is beginning to heal my gut !!! I can eat almost what I feel is nearly normal now - I can eat almost all…

I am very understanding and sympathetic and know how hard it is to find anything that doesn't cause pain. we don't have sprouts where I live is out in the middle of no where. Walmart is an hour away and it doesn't have gf food. I get most of my groceries from thrive market online which is rlly cheap. or our local little organic grocery store, where it is super expensive!

I know about being careful, I've been celiac for two years and have found out the hard way about spices and sauces and eating out and supposedly GF foods. I eat lots of non dairy ice cream and am trying to add more meat. for some reason avocados make me sick but I LOVE the taste.
