Fodmap Diet

I am trying to learn more about the Fodmat diet. Have any of you tried It?
It has been difficult to lose the last 15 pounds. I have stayed around 200 LBS for six months. I have terrible gas and gas pains. And I have occasions of stomachs aches and bad breath (not from lack of brushing). I have read a little about the Fodmap diet and wondered if there were thoughts.

It's FODMAP, and it's a diet for identifying food intolerance, not weight loss.1

Eliminating FODMAPs after trying to figure out celiac issues and so many food sensitivities was the missing piece to my puzzle! Check out the book The Loving Diet by Jessica Flanigan, it covers a lot of FODMAP info in the Food Section.0

Monash university has studied this a lot, and has the best app on it out there I've seen. very helpful (https://www.monashfodmap.com/ibs-central/i-have-ibs/get-the-app/ )
The app was the best, I thought, because it distinguishes between the different issues people can have that are related to FODMAPs (not everyone has trouble with the same molecules, while some have trouble with all of the related ones). You can look up foods to try, etc...1 -
Good for you for trying to figure out what gives you gas and cramps. For me it was refined starchy foods. When I reduce those my tummy aches cease.0
