This. i have 3 bins of clothes divided by what weight i was when the clothes fit. I am hoping to get down to that last bin by the end of the year. I don't care if the clothes are out of style, i'm gonna wear them!!

Right there with ya. made it worse by getting on the scale. THEN i really wanted to cry. I'm going to use this to try to make tomorrow better. i'm using this as a learning experience...i need to plan my food better so that when friends want to go get 5 guys, I'll eat something else FIRST. if it makes you feel better, i fell right on my butt in front of everyone my last workout. i had not eaten enough food, no carbs, and got dizzy and fell. I was with my trainer and it was SO embarrassing. She said she's seen people vomit and pass out before. Don't feel intimidated...doesn't matter what anyone thinks...
