That's the best thing you can do -- my trainer doesn't believe in using the scale. I had to beg her to weigh in every two weeks. The lose in inches is awesome!! :smile:

I have three egg whites and one whole egg. I also add a piece of multi grain toast with a little peanut butter before a big workout. My trainer also recommends oatmeal or banana. :smile:

I just gained 8lbs myself in two weeks and lost 4 of it already in two days. Don't be discouraged the weight will come right off.

I normally go by what the machine says. I average about 100-120 calories every 10 minutes. I have noticed that some of calculations here are incorrect and I just key what I get from the gym.

Thanks for the greetings -- I went a little over my calorie limit by 300 today for my birthday but I plan on getting back on program tomorrow. I plan on hitting the treadmill at 6am followed by sholving snow!

My personal trainer said eat the exercise calories. She actually came up with different daily calories based on how much I exercise a day.
