  • Weighed in this morning at 168.2, a half pound down since last week. This feels like it is going REALLY SLOWLY for me! I am halfway through Jillian's Ripped in 30 DVD, and it is HARD! I am building muscle, so that's good, but I wish some of this fat would go away! How are you all doing? Jen
