I work out at home.... Jillian Michael's dvds are my staple, day in and day out for a year. I have done her 30 day shred, Ripped in 30, and 90 day Body Revolution multiple times, they are great! Whatever you choose, you DEFINITELY can do this just working out at home! Good luck!

That's great to do it as an average! I set my TDEE off a 28 day average of right around 2000, but obviously today was way high. The average method you are talking about appeals to me, because then I don't need to do all this jumping through hoops and eating late in the evening to compensate for a high burn. Thanks! Jen

I've pretty much decided to do Body Revolution again, this time focusing on pushing the "up button" in everything. I am going to increase weights and also try to approach it more like HIIT, so going "all out" for half the circuit and then dialing it back to cathc my breath the other half. That should keep pushing my body…

I started eating at my TDEE-15% on Monday, and I love eating more, even though sometimes it is hard to get up to the full calorie amount... so just waiting to see what happens! How do I join the group? I am thinking about increasing my calories, but a little worried since when I was eating more, I plateaued big time and since I have lowered, I am losing again, but it is slow and hard and I am wondering if I should adjust it upward. Thanks!

I got stuck for 4 months from October through January, at the time I was eating back my exercise calories and getting a total of 1600 per day. I decided to cycle my calories and drop them. I now eat 1100 two days and then 1600 the 3rd day. Once a week, I have a free day where I eat whatever, usually it ends up around 1800…

Weighed in today at 160, same as last week, but I am ok with that because for the first time in years, I had no gain with all the candy in the house from Halloween! Now I am aiming to get out of the 160s this week! Jen

I went back down to 163.2 today, so I am thrilled to say that I think the extra pound was just water weight! Yeah! If you can put 163.2 on the chart, that would be the most accurate and then I don't have to see that extra pound on there all week! Thanks! Jen

I completed it in 30 days on a challenge on here, and en went back and did each level 5 additional days, and I love it! I am now doing another Jilian dvd, Ripped in 30, which is really good too! I was really concerned about my knees when I started, and they did hurt some during the shred, but I was fine. she stresses good…
