I'm interested in hearing the results of those working out with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.

I am on my second round of Body Revolution, completed my first 90 day Body Revolution at the end of May. I saw great results in terms of gaining strength! I have not lost a ton, but that is probably because I have been losing slower as time goes on and i've been at this a year. I maybe lost 5-10 pounds during body revolution, but I really love it and all of Jillilan's workouts. It is seriously challenging, and I am still sore most days going through it my second time! I highly recommend it. Also, people who haven't seen me in a couple months are saying I look like i have lost a bunch more, even though I haven't lost that much, so I figure I must be losing fat if not weight! Which is the goal, right?
Good luck with it! Find a group on here to go through it with you, I have a group of friends who went through it at the same time as I did and it was highly encouraging to keep each other on track!0
