Yeah, Courtney! How great that we made it through BOTH 30DS and RI30! I treated myself to a whole weekend off of working out (felt decadent!) and will be back at it tomorrow! Here's to the next 10 pounds coming off in October!!!! Great job, all!!! Jen

It takes a while to lose weight after a baby, but you are right.. a lot of it is just that it is hard to get motivated and take the time and focus to do it after you have a baby! I have four kids, and my youngest is now 15 months. I finally decided at the end of June that enough was enough, because I had weight still on…

I am finishing the last day of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 tomorrow, and I think I will hit the 20 lb lost mark this week, so I am having a GREAT week!!!! I will post some pics on Friday from before and after the Ripped in 30! Jen

I think I am going to stick with the Shred and Ripped in 30, and just alternate as I feel like it to switch it up on my body. I by no means feel like I have them "conquered", and so I am sure there are MANY more benefits I can gain from them. I am also thinking of adding in JM's yoga meltdown some... what do you think of…

I can't believe I am almost done with this challenge! So, what should I do next? I am now 2 1/2 months into my weight loss project, and have done the Shred (plus went though each level again for 5 days so half a Shred) and now Ripped in 30. I am seeing good results, down 16 pounds from where I started, but it does feel SLOW!!! My goal is to blast through another 12 at least…
