I have heard that cauliflower mashed into a mash like potatoes is pretty good. I personally just cooked a roast, surrounded by mushrooms, onions, and brocolli ( I added them in the last hour). Cooked some rice for the fiancee and he had it sliced on rice with veggies. NUMMY... I had mine on a bed of lettuce. It was tasty.

Make quilts or curtains out of the clothing, so you have something to remind yourself of where you were..and how you left it behind. IMHO

My doctor said to pump up the fats, increase sodium during the keto change. You know..like a cup of bullion soup. That's my only advise. I was able to get over my keto response within 24 hours doing that.

I was under the impression from my doctor that this was a permanent change....that I wasn't going to reintroduce carbs. But I see him tomorrow...So we shall see.

I am in love with spinach, broccoli and Mushrooms. I haven't diverged out much from that yet. However, I miss my Brussel sprouts.
