What food do you eat on Keto that makes you just smile and think about how great this change in your diet is (other than the weight loss and energy gain). For me, it is a omelet full of meat, veggies and cheese with a side of bacon.

I have fallen in love with the clear American fruit flavored drinks (I know..full of chemicals but I miss my sodas) and sugar free Jellos with whipped topping (one of two sweets I do allow). SIGH..where did the energy go?
When I first started this (about a week in) I had tons of energy...but lately I am totally just crashing and sleepy. Work has gotten much more stressful...and maybe that knocked me out of Keto, but I have been keeping my carbs below 25 a day. Any ideas? Is this just stress and I need to pick up the exersize? Debbie

How necessary is this? I have a allergy to Milk fat, so butter is something I use sparingly. If I want to add fat I use olive oil or bacon/hamburger fat. It sounds good, but I really don't want to spend half my day sick (it's not fun....I won't die from the allergy..but I'm defiantly not happy.) So, answers?
