Ok, so what food/combination of foods have you discovered to be amazing in your new transformation of a lifestyle?

For me, it is skin on Salmon with a crunchy skin.

OMG!

    Plain Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries or blueberries.

    Oh and quest bars...you can even make cookies out of them!

    Love both of these. I add sliced raw almonds or Trader Joe's honey roasted sliced almonds to my plain (full-fat) greek yogurt and fruit.
