There is a place online called dresslink that seems to have things cheap. Now, I'm sure they are cheap clothes, but if they are to hold you over until you get to another size, I think it works.

I currently try to keep under 20g of carbs a day. Sometimes I get grouchy, but usally it's around TOM otherwise I'm fine. However, I am a horrible logger of my food so it doesn't show in this site. I average about a lb a week or so.

I have ADHD with probably a touch of aspergers. (haven't had the Asperger confirmed). And my doctor put me on the Keto diet, and it has worked wonders. I lost about 10 lbs the first week. After that, I have been losing 1 to 1.5 lbs a week. So whoohoo...good luck girl, and I'll add you to my friends list.

I watch the sales at Bi-Lo and when they have buy one get one free sales, stock up. I also eat more hamburger than I probably should. LOL.

well, I'm starting at around 348 lbs, Currently I'm down at 28.5. 30#'s Haircut 48#s Makeup pallet 75# Makeup brushes ( a nice set) 98# Trip to Hogwarts in Florida Then after that, not sure.......probably hikes or more makeup essentials. LOL

I have lost about 25 lbs..and only people who haven't seen me in a long time are noticing. I feel I will have to hit 50 before my co-workers notice. LOL

Because if I do stay on my old diet or go back to heavy carbs, I will be sick, diabetic and signing myself up for a short lifespan. So, I prefer to just not have it. I'm not miserable. I miss bread (mostly toast) but Eh...I have killed almost all the cravings, except for when it's staring me in the face on a salad or something.

I was sluggish until I upped my salt intake and water intake, then once I hit keto ..bam..tons of energy. AFter a while I got used to it, and settled back out to my normal levels. But the rush still shows up from time to time.

I didn't start limiting calories until about two weeks in them I felt like crap and stopped looking. I was told by my doctor to keep the carbs below 20 and don't worry about calories. I actually use the cold brew tea bags and put them in my water bottle at work...use one per day (my water bottle is one of those cups with a straw you can get for 6 dollars at walmart).
