I am at my target weight but still have not lost much at the waist. I have lost 32 lbs. I do 45 minute cardio and 30 minutes excercise four times a week with a trainer at Gym

For me Red Wine. Nutritionist had recommended two glasses per day but I could not limit to that ..it is not only but cheese and cracker with wine. Now I limit wine for the weekend and that has been working for me

I joined Weight Watchers over the weekend but ended up canceling my membership on Monday. In my opinion it is very difficult to follow and hard to keep track of carb amounts for each meal. Carbs amounts are the most important amount, even more than calories, for Diabetics who are dependent on insulin

Per my Nutritionist two glasses of red wine a day are considered good for health, of course you have to take into account about 230 calories and carbs. But good luck to all who are trying to stop.

In my opinion it is better to plan earlier especially for people like me who needs to take insulin and the dose depends on carbs for each meal.
