No gym today because I had to do groceries after work today (and well because I just hate Mondays so much), but back at it tomorrow.

  • Hi. I'm Kayla. My green goal- 25 days My blue goal- 25 days-- I get to about 6-7 most days so I'll have to increase and it'll be a push for me.
  • I'm eating anywhere between 1700-2000cals per day for the most part. Food is awesome.
  • I'm pretty close to the only one in the free weights section as well. I just blast my music through my headphones and ignore everything else. I'm there for me and that's what matters, not what anyone else thinks. :)

  • Logged into MFP consecutively for just over two weeks now; have stuck to eating healthier and going to the gym for all of February so far.
