loved it! lol youre right. i have snacks through out the day and i dont feel like its cheating..... i just hope that that thre arent ppl out there thinking like that, or even saying thing like that out loud... everyone is human and yes everyone can eat what they want, you just need a little self control.... :smile:

i agree with you, i dont like water either. but when i started the diet i had to look in different directions to have more liquids through the day. i tried everything, but i did find out that i love flavored sparkling water. love it!..... having more water does make a huge difference.....
