I'm using a nutribullet, about £70. It is brilliant.

My suggestion would be to eat more if you eat at 1400 before exercise, perhaps eat some exercise calories? Good luck.

I have M.E too. I am 7 pounds down, current weight 160, height 176cm. My bmr is 1500. It has taken me 12 weeks to loose those pounds. Lots of trial and error. I aim to eat my bmr and net an average of 1400 a day. I had six weeks or more of no losses in the middle of this journey and it took 4 weeks for the first loss to…

Thanks so much for replying :-) I work right by a health food shop so I'm going to get some dandelion tea tomorrow. I looked up the health benefits, looks like just what I need thank you. I've changed my goal to a half pound loss a week to see if that extra bit of fuel might start my weight to move, just going to…

Hi, I've got a very similar condition 'ME' - I'm doing this in the hope that cleaner food/cutting out junk will make me better. It's also making me drink more water. I'm sticking to the calories and have even managed a bit of exercise (which would have been impossible just a short while ago). I want to loose a stone but so…
