I donated most of mine. I still have some clothes left because I can't afford a new wardrobe, but it feels so nice to goclothes shopping right now. I have every intention of staying this way, so I say get rid of your old clothes. Start fresh.

The scales really haven't moved much lately, so I have been feeling quite discouraged and haven't been super strict with my eating/exercising. I need to get back on track and stop beating myself up. It's really doing me no good.

I love Zumba! Trust me, it's a workout. I burn soooo many calories. I want to start going to the gym. I'm just a little nervous to go alone! Swimming is also great exercise and low impact. :)
