I'm 5'3" and my highest weight has been 228, as of the last 3 days I have been weighing 222.8 since joining MFP and a gym 21 days ago! My currents goal is to be under 200 by June, so three more months to lose 23 lbs, but my ultimate goal is to be 140lbs and to decide from there if I want to make another goal!

I make sure not to push myself too hard, that's what always made me quit before so I am starting out slow, but about 20 mins on the elliptical and I start getting breathless and sore, resistance at 15-20 and SPM only between 80-115 at highest speed.
