  • So when you did this did you then consume your exercise calories like MFP said to do? If my BMR is 1296 and my TDEE is 2111 do I eat so much food that I am showing a positive and not a deficit for the day?

  • I usually make a pie out of low fat graham cracker crust and fat free sugar free pudding mix. Just add 1 3/4 cups milk to it instead of 2 cups. You can top it with no sugar added fruit topping and lite or fat free cool whip. My boys even eat it and love it! Plus it is so easy to make it. Erika

  • I would personally eliminate the other cardio exercises and stick with the swimming. Swimming will take the pressure of the tendon and is a much more effective cardio workout than the others anyway. Erika
