Because sometimes we normalize behavior based on what we see every day. So the idea is that it's helpful to know everyone isn't living like that and things can be different.

I scheduled an appointment, met with an employee to discuss my goals and experience. He met with me again to go over the workout plan he'd come up with for me, and went over each machine and how it worked. Great investment in time. Painless.

5' 115 lb. will be slender not skinny at that weight. That's my goal, we'll see how things are going when I get close.

This may not be a competition but I think I've got everyone beat anyway. Took me 105 days on MFP to lose 3 lb. :grumble: the loss was actually in the last few weeks so maybe now I have all my ducks in a row. I would like to think so.

Five feet even and my goal weight is 115 lb. I used to weigh 104 lb and, while small, always was a pear shape so had hips and a butt. Actually wouldn't mind getting back to 104 lb. range but I just don't think it's likely. Think at this point of my life (I'm 52 yo) I would be very happy to be down to 115. I weigh 153 lb.…

5' tall CW 153 Bottom size 12 Top size L Pear shape - carry a lot of my weight in hips (and upper arms). Don't remember what sizes are at my UGW of 115. Been too long.
