Hey people.

New too all this fitness stuff.

It's been 3 weeks since I joined the gym.

I eat healthy ie. Brown rice, chicken, pasta, oats breakfast, fruit veg.

I weigh on avg 200 lbs, 15.7 stone, 100kg.

Looking to try and get a good body. A body I can be proud to show off at the beach.

Anyway.... thought I would say hi.
