What's your plan? I have tried Jillian Michael's 6 Week 6 Pack and each time get bored with it. I know it is good--I can always feel it in my core when I am done, but doing it 3-5 days a week is a little daunting.

I love to exercise (including running when I am motivated to try C25K again) to audiobooks. Currently I am listening to the Janet Evanovich books. The only downside for me is when something funny happens and everyone looks at me (I realize I must have laughed out loud--oops). :-)
