  • I was amazed at the show... It really helps motivate me.. BUT MAN half your body weight in 7 months I WISH.... I just hope they can keep it off..thats a lot to loose in a short amount of time
  • It is recommended that you do.. you are already eating a deficit in calories, so working out puts you at a lower deficit making it harder to loose weight, some people do, (or they don't log everything) but its not common.. for example if you eat only1200 cals but burn 600, your putting your body into starvation mode. you…

  • They do that depending on how much "fat" you also go over, its not only the amount of cals.. the sugar from yoguart is from many things, the type, say fresh fruit, has more sugar, if your worried about that..i eat the carb control. it has ony 2 sugar and 4 carbs..as long as you log faithfully, stay at your cals, eat enough…
  • I think because you are getting closer to your goal, its becoming harder.. also..YOUR NOT EATING ENOUGH... if you stay between 1200 and 1400 calories a day and burning 600 a day.. your technically eating only roughly between 600 and 800 calories a day. your body is in starvation mode. WW is almost the same as here, however…

  • THATS AWSOME..... I love the eliptical.. I HATE THE TREDMIL....:) but now that I have lost weight, to loose as many cals is so hard.. SO great job that you continued.. :) AND I agree.. putting the ipod on and going is the only way i get through.. GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT you should be proud
  • I have done both... WW and MFP together and apart.... they are almost the same... Only difference is you don't go to meetings and such... Plus the extra 35 points a week...so if you go over one day its like getting those free cals.... I had a hard time using WW once i found out that I can't eat FAT FREE FOODS....no biggie…
  • Just a suggestion, but don't TOTALLY give up your sweets.. This is a life change not a diet.... If you eat 1200 cals a day which is already a deficit, and then you burn 500 of them... your functioning on 700 calories a day....no one can live on that.. your body will…
