  • I do 2 smoothies a day... This way I get my milk and fruit in.... (I also am on WW) so it makes it easier... however I do not reccomend only doing smoothies.. you need nutrients that they don't cover.... :) but adding them would be a great way to help you get the nutrients you may be lacking :) GOOD LUCK

  • When I did weight watchers, up to three crystal lights or black decaf coffee/tea were allowed to be used as your water intake... So If I use crystal light I count it as water..... BUT thats just me.... hope this helps. :bigsmile:

  • I eat almost anything fom the fresco menu ... I love the chicken ranchero soft taco... but like others have said.. making it at home is better, but if unavoidable... the fresco menu is better.. that and the plain tacos... not supreme.. just plain hard taco :) hope this helps
