Has anyone had this and do you know how to count it? I checked the website but they don't seem to have the info since it's a special limited time sub. I'd like to get it for dinner but I have no idea how to count it.

    Its in the food database here and you can get the info in the stores. I also found it on subway.com

    I am not sure if its completely accurate.. but it is already in the food diary log.. I know many people who use it in their count.. hope this helps

  • It is amazzzzzzzzzzzzzzing! I get it with just lettuce, cukes, and onions and a bit of the sweet onion sauce. Mmmm mmmmm!

    I tried it and it looks better on tv than it does at the store. At least my subway I was expecting to see big pieces of chicken and sliced apples. Look more like tuna salad and it has way to much sodium for something that did not even taste good. I had to give it a try. Just my opinion. Hope you enjoy.
