Great write up and advice. Funny thing is I hit my goal and then had Chinese food last night and more dessert than I probably should have. :) Anyway, thanks again. I'm glad I found this.

Joey that's great. That's what it's all about. The charts say I'm overweight at 179 so I dropped to 175 but I'm considering 180 as I liked myself better there. Congrats on the weight loss!

SW: 195 GW: 175 CW: 175 I started in February 2014 and just got there on 7/7/14. I'm here now trying to figure out how to maintain without eating poorly or continuing to lose weight. I liked myself better at 180 so I may go back there. Not sure yet.
