Yes I have been doing No More trouble zones for 4 weeks and I see lines and definition. My shoulders look great and I'm getting the V in my belly. Still a lot of work though. I feel so strong too! I still do 30 day shred twice a week too. I love Jillian!

Yes! Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. It's for legs, butt, arms, stomach, everything. Use hand weights and it trains arms and legs together so you're burning more calories. it's not as good as your regular veggies because you're not getting the fiber from it, but you're probably getting some of the vitamins.

I'm not sure about the foods, but do you drink a lot of water daily? I hit a plataeu too and last week I increased my water to about 100 oz. a day and I've lost 2 pounds since.
