  • I dont count veggies on my sandwiches and zero calories beverages such as I have a diet soda with lunch. Other than that, I count everything.

I see her once a week for an hour on Monday's to do Cardio/Strength Training and then I repeat the workout on Wednesday. On Tuesday and Thursdays I do Cardio. So I work out about 4 days a week.   • Thanks Julia, I also have been turning off my heart rate monitor the second that I am done with my workout and log only those calories. But I leave it on the whole time I am working out when I am strength training, cause I keep my heart rate up during strength training as well by adding cardio intervals.

  • I have the Polar FT4 and I love it. Keeps it simple for me it gives me heart rate, duration of workout, and calories burned. And it seems to be very accurate. It really stepped up my workout routine.

  • This is my fourth day and everyone has been really nice and supportive and I have to also say I love the ID!
  • I weigh in everyday as well, to hold myself accountable. Although I can say that I do get a little disheartened by any increases. I try to keep in mind that those are normal from day to day. Like you though, I only record a loss if it is below my previous low.
