How many of you keep your food diary?
Has anyone been successful at losing weight or maintaining without keeping the food diary. I kept the diary for about 3 weeks but it seems to be a real burden for me to weigh, measure, and track. I really want this to work...this time!
I have tried so many times in different ways to lose weight from Weight Watchers to just not eating! Now I am just going to make healthier choices, add some exercise, and use this site to log my progress. I need to keep it simple so I stick to it!
