I didn't get sucked into them when i was a newbie. I didn't see the point when there were so many other things to do along with squats to get a better butt. Plus I only had to do them 3x a week to see results. nah..the 30 day thing can kick rocks

I did 2 days of level one and then got bored. So I moved on to level 2 and that's where I'm at now. If I did go back to level 1 I would up my weights to make it more challenging. I like to workout for an hour so I combine 30 day shred with ripped in 30 back to back. And that was challenging for me.

I'm 5'6 and i have to lose 15-20lbs. Started feb 9th at 170lbs and I've only lost 1lb so far :( But I have lost 2 inches on my waist. I strength train so i'm hoping that its mostly muscle. I would love to get down to 150 by this summer

I measure 2 points. At my bellybutton point and above my bellybutton going up towards rib cage. My bellyfat seems to sit low so I measure that area to see if it decreased.

I do yoga as my warmup stretch before I do strength training with my dumbells. I also do yoga AFTER my dumbell workout for a stretch. Are you doing yoga with weights or something?
