I started Insanity a little under two weeks ago, I can noticeably see the difference in my sides already. I'd say give that a go or something pretty similar to it.

I live in Lincolnshire and log in every day, been at it for a couple of weeks now...

I've just completed Friday of Week 2 (Day 12 I guess). Still killing me, but the exercises are easier the 2nd time around...
