Ok so let's forget the scale... if I was loosing muscle why would that be?
-
It measured by me standing side of it and gripping the handles...
-
I do and they only have body fat measuring at certain times, like when I'm at work which is why I have to use the one provided at Tesco
-
I wore different trainers to last time, i know to take them off in future
-
Thank you for the positivity. IF ITS CORRECT LOL

Through some sort of lazor type. It was at the pharmacy inside of Tesco. I also did the test on a home set of scales and the fat was the same...

Damn that label is wrong then. I wondered why when I ate the same brand from a different store the outcome on logging was different. Glad I Seen this!!

It's odd you say that I got a 100% peanut, organic peanut butter which is not that bad in cals... unless the barcode is not right when I scan it. I have an open diary I think it was Thursday night I 'accidentally' ate four tablespoons of... if it's wrong this could be why I'm not loosing anything
-
I ate a whole pack of 'share' chocolate caramel bites last night WHICH I WAS NAUGHTY AND DIDNT LOG ☺️. It happens. We just have to pick ourselves up and try again

On you tube follow Whitney Simmons. I found following her really helpful and motivating xx

I noticed that cutting back on carbs saved me lot of calories. I'm just saying that was the change I made and that's what worked for me... everybody's different it's trial and error.
-
I looked at this thread as I can relate... I have been eating 1200 cals a day or less I don't log my workouts... I've lost maybe 3lb since the beginning of January... the only time I notice a big change is when I have up to 30% carbs if I have more than that but still in a calorie deficit I don't see changes... maybe lower…

I'm in. Feel free to add me I have an open food diary xx Female aged 24 Height 5'2 Current weight 130lbs (23/2/17 Goal weight 120lbs For my holiday on April 29th

Ok so maybe my choice of wording wasn't spot on... I've burned the fat... gained muscle... still weigh the same... look different
-
I would go on physical looks. I have been clean eating/ eating the naughties in moderation I only lost weight when I cut calories massively (not intended) I still weigh pretty much the same as I did at the beginning. It appears I've just replaced the fat with muscle as I'm way more toned and less 'boggy' than I was before…
-
through personal trial and error... i have learnt that loosing weight by cutting calories is great if you want to loose a few lbs quickly however burning body fat by eating the right foods has a greater result, youll appear more toned. I find that the gym is a place to escape and that you have to enjoy it.

I like this post it's just what I'm looking for I hope u don't mind I added you as a friend... for motivational purposes :) I'm 5'2 about 24% body fat but I'm finding that unless I cut calories massively I'm not loosing weight then when I stick to my 1200 ish a day I don't loose weight my body fat on the scales goes up…

I would like more FP from UK.

I tried to cut bread out before but instead I just swapped to thinner, wholewheat slices and often had it dry OR rice cakes IF what I was having suited... like peanut butter rice cake :yum:

I just wanted to inform you all that I did complete the diet. I lost a total of 2lbs... I didn't feel hungry during this diet at all even though the portions are extremely small. I didn't work out during this diet as the calories were so low I didn't want to burn out... I personally wouldn't recommend this diet to anybody…
-
I guess nobody can comment unless they have done this. I understand what you see on tv is not always right. I'm not doing this to loose 10lbs I have no hope to loose that much weight. I am not really on a weight loss journey it's more like a lesson I want to understand this diet more.
-
Without sounding like an idiot... the doctor and nutritionist on channel 4 seem to think it's ok to do as three days isn't long enough to damage your body? I've been following guidelines and loosing weight in moderation but I've been extremely curious about this diet and need to see the three days out. I admit day one has…

I will add and anybody else feel free to add me . I need the motivation and it would be good to know what your meal plans are too

Thanks guys it seems like it's going to be a try and see. I've set calories to 1200 but with eating chicken and veg, drinking green tea and water I don't seem to eat 1200 calories yet I'm not loosing any weight and my body fat remains at 29% yet it's recommended about 19% for my age and height. Maybe I shouldn't be looking…

Its so strange to see how different things work for different people. FOR ME, eating less in the week and 'treating' my self at the weekend doesnt work. I find that I stick to MFP during the week and cut it out at the weekends and that come monday ive lost little weight from all my efforts during the week, I feel boggy and…
