After my first training with a personal trainer I felt like I was just going to drop on the floor. I couldn't feel my legs and I was lightheaded. But after that I was fine. Make sure you are well hydrated and fueled up. It will not always be like this. Hang in there!

i lost weight with a combination of healthy eating (whole foods, less processed etc) and excercising regularily. My take is that whatever process you follow, it needs to be sustainable.

If you have something 'not to so good' at least don't feel guilty about it. Instead just enjoy it, move on and pick yourself back up again. As long as your are taking two steps ahead and only one step backward you are still going in the right direction. It may take you longer to get there, but that's a choice you make.…

I struggle with weekends also...but I find that if I have been good all week and stay just a little under during the weekdays, then I can go over a little over the weekends. It seems to be working fine.
