I used to do hot yoga, but stopped for a couple of years, so now that I am eating better, and staying active...getting back into yoga seems like the right thing to do. I am not very advanced, but would love to get there one day...anyone wanna come along?

I'm new...but I'm hear to stay... I've done it before (lost 40lbs), and I know I can do it again. I just need a reminder every so often to keep me focused because I tend to let other things in my life always take priority over what's most important...me. :smile:
