Any yogis?....would love some buddies who share the interest

I used to do hot yoga, but stopped for a couple of years, so now that I am eating better, and staying active...getting back into yoga seems like the right thing to do. I am not very advanced, but would love to get there one day...anyone wanna come along?

    I heart Bikram's. I try for 2 times a week. Sadly all other yoga I've tried (which is a lot because I'm persistent) I haven't liked. Add me if you like.

    I only do yoga for stress relief and relaxation. I really enjoy this kind, I believe it's called Hatha yoga. I do have the other kinds of yoga dvds for strength-building and conditioning, but I just don't use them. Maybe I should give them a try again, it was so hard when I tried it before :sad: .     I love bikram yoga! Sadly I can't afford it so I go to my local gym for Hot yoga once a week.
