I am due in April and right now 175lbs. Once this baby comes I will also be trying to get back to 145ish. Pls feel free to add me and we can motivate each other. Congrats on having a baby!!! That is the best accomplishment in my eyes. This is coming from someone who didn't succeed at the first 4 pregnancies and is now a…

Congrats on your success so far. My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight after I have my baby in April. Hopefully I will lose some extra.

1. No more thighs rubbing. 2. Some nice comments from the kind people and some jealous people pretending not to notice how much weight I lost and how fabulous I look. 3. Salesperson kept insisting I could fit into a small while I argued for a medium. She was right!!! 4. The energy. 5. Feeling frustrated on days that I have…

Me me me! Mommy to a 2.5 yr old boy. Lost 40lbs after having him and about to have baby number 2 in April. I have stayed on track with my weight with this pregnancy (gained 25 lbs so far) but i will need to get back into shape once the baby comes. Pls add me!

I weaned myself off Coke by replacing fresh water with fresh squeezed lemon or lime. I rarely have Coke now, because I crave water more.

A rude relative called me fat to my face on several occasions and then one day I just decided to show her. She did me a favor that she probably regrets now.

Break down your loss into manageable chunks. I broke down my goal into a weekly 1.5 lbs and all I focused on was the current week and the next week. I celebrated each success each week and before I knew it 40 lbs were gone.

How much did you gain during your pregnancy and how long ago did you have your baby. I am pregnant and due in April. I let my self go in the first trimester, but since then have focused on eating healthy again and happy to say that I have gained 30 lbs so far which seems to be in the reasonable range. However I'm sure I…

Feel free to add me. I have successfully lost 40 lbs on MFP. I am pregnant now but have managed to maintain a healthy weight thru out my pregnancy. I can't wait to start working out after I deliver in April. For now I am still logging regularily to keep with the routine.

I successfully lost over 40 lbs. I have gained 30 back (for good reason - I have pregnant and due in April). When baby comes I will probably need to re-lose some of it. Don't know how much though. Would love to be friends. Pls add me.

I am due in April...feel free to add me!!!

Same story as yours. Since last March I have lost 43 lbs, but since this January, I have been stuck there and cannot seem to lose the last 10 to 15 lbs. I think for me, I just became a little lax and got out of touch with my routine. I opened up my journal and traced back to the weeks when I had successful losses and…

Be thankful for all you get..and if it's not for you, then just share it. My hubby brought home a package of shortbread cookies someone gifted to him at work. I took one, enjoyed it and the next morning he took it back to work to leave on his desk for others to enjoy.

When I was overweight, 'people' laughed and told me I should slim down a bit. Now that I am a healthy weight and look slim, those 'same people' frown and tell me I should eat more and enjoy life. I just smile on the inside, because only I know what is right for me.

Yummy! I eat them too....but not every day, more like once a week and I only pick the small mini packs (90 calories). I don't feel deprived and a small pack once a week does little harm.

WOW! You ALL look so beautiful! Congrats to you all and thank you for the continued inspiration.

Awesome! You can do it!

I agree with you. I have lost 35 lbs and trying to lose my last 10, but the scale it taking it's sweet time...I am certainly seeing changes in my body as the fat turns to lean muscle. Looking at the scale can be demotivating sometime, but I keep telling myself to 'trust the process'....that's my mantra!
